Current Apple iPhone problems don’t seem to be Apples problem
There are a lot of stories going around about the iPhone having problems with the 3G network and the reason was pointing to the chipset Apple is using. As it turns out iPhone users in Europe are not having this problem at all, the phones work flawlessly.
The problem seems to be turning to AT&T and the way they are turning out their 3G network. Seems that AT&T has been sticking the 3G hardware on 2G towels resulting in large gaps in coverage.
However users have been reporting dropped calls while not moving pointing the issue back to the iPhone. We’ll keep our ears open and find out the real issue in the coming weeks.
